Passeggeri con animali domestici al seguito.
I proprietari possono portare i propri animali domestici al seguito
quando viaggiano. Ci sono spazi a loro dedicati su tutti i treni.
Gli spazi per gli animali possono essere localizzati grazie all'aiuto
di speciali simboli per cani che si trovano sia dentro che fuori
dal vagone.
In ogni caso gli animali non possono viaggiare non accompagnati.
La maggior parte degli animali non hanno problemi a viaggiare in
treno. E' comunque meglio che il proprietario dell'animale si accerti
che il proprio animale possa viaggiare in uno scompartimento dove
è possibile ci siano altri animali domestici.
In ogni caso l'animale deve essere vaccinato ed abituato a stare
in mezzo alla gente. Sarebbe opportuno per i proprietari, fornirsi
di una ciotola e di acqua fresca per i propri animali. Dato che
lo spazio ad essi riservati si trova sul pavimento, i proprietari
possono portare coperte o cucce. Con una buona preparazione il viaggio
sarà confortevole per tutti.
Verrà richiesto un pagamento di 5 euro per ogni animale trasportato
da un passeggero. Se il proprietario vuole riservare un posto a
sedere per il proprio animale, dovrà pagare un supplemento
pari al 50% del prezzo del biglietto oltre al prezzo previsto per
il trasporto dell'animale al seguito.
I sedili dovranno inoltre essere protetti da una coperta. Nei vagoni
letto gli animali domestici sono fatti accomodare nella parte finale
del compartimento e dovranno pagare un biglietto del costo di 8.40
euro.
Se gli animali trasportati per ogni passeggero saranno più
di due un biglietto del costo pari al 50% del normale prezzo, dovrà
essere pagato per ogni due animali oltre i primi due, questo in
aggiunta al normale costo del biglietto previsto per ogni animale.
Non saranno richiesti ulteriori supplementi qualora il passeggero
dovesse cambiare treno durante il viaggio.
VR ondine shop, inoltre , è in grado di prenotare i Vostri
posti direttamente on-line. Potrete prenotare il vostro posto treno
on-line e pagare il biglietto per il vostro animale direttamente
a bordo.

TRENI ESPRESSI
Nei treni espressi a percorrenza diurna, gli animali possono essere
trasportati in Eit vagoni, i quali hanno 12 posti a sedere per i
passeggeri con animali al seguito + 2 posti sono per coloro che
hanno animali di grossa taglia) oppure nei vagoni Eip che hanno
20 posti a sedere per i passeggeri con animali al seguito + 4 posti
per coloro che hanno animali di grossa taglia. Gli animali possono
anche essere trasportati nel compartimento del conducente per terra
o in una gabbia. In ogni caso, i proprietari dovranno aver cura
dei propri animali durante il viaggio.
TRENI NOTTURNI
Gli animali possono tranquillamente viaggiare sui treni notturni.
Possono essere trasportati nella parte finale dei vagoni letto se
l'intera parte è stata prenotata. Non sono ammessi negli
altri scompartimenti. Gli animali possono anche essere trasportati
nel compartimento del conducente per terra o in una gabbia. Alcuni
treni notturni sono stati rinnovati e sono dotati di uno scompartimento
per i passeggeri che viaggiano con gli animali al seguito.
Nei vagoni letto gli animali dovranno pagare 8.40 euro indipendentemente
dalla durata del viaggio. Se l'animale è trasportato nella
cabina di pilotaggio il prezzo è di % euro. Tutti i treni
espressi notturni hanno una Eit day coach nella quale i passeggeri
possono viaggiare con i propri animali al seguito.
INTERCITY
I treni Intercity hanno degli scompartimenti per gli animali domestici
con 4 posti a sedere per i proprietari.
I treni InterCity2 hanno degli scompartimenti per le persone che
viaggiano con animali domestici al seguito al primo piano. Lo scompartimento
ha 12 posti a sedere.
Ambo due i treni NON HANNO POSTI PER GLI ANIMALI DOMESTICI DI TAGLIA
GRANDE.
TRENI PENDOLINO
Questi treni hanno 3 posti per gli animali domestici collocati nella
sesta carrozza.
UK
Passengers with pets
Owners may transport their pets in trains when travelling with their
pet. There are spaces for pets in all trains. Pet spaces can be
located with the aid of the dog symbol which is on the outside and
inside of the wagon. Pets cannot be transported without a passenger
accompanying them.
Most pets have no problem travelling by train. The pet's owner
is best able to assess whether their pet can be transported in a
train with other pets possibly in the same compartment. In all cases,
the pet shall be vaccinated and housetrained. Pet owners should
bring a water bowl and fresh water for their pet. As the space reserved
by pets is by default on the floor many pet owners also bring a
mat or cover. With good preparations the journey passes comfortably.
A 5 € pet charge is collected for each pet travelling with
a passenger. If owners want to reserve a seat for their pet a regular
ticket with a 50% reduction shall be purchased in addition to paying
the pet charge. The seat shall be protected by a cover. In sleeping-cars
pets are placed in the end compartment and the pet charge is 8.40
€.
If more than two pets per passenger are transported a ticket with
a 50% reduction shall be purchased for every two pets after the
first two pets in addition to the pet charge collected for each
pet. If the passenger changes train during the journey a new pet
charge will not be collected.
VR Online shop now also serves passengers accompanied by pets.
You may now also book a seat in the Online shop. The pet charge
is collected aboard the train.

Express trains
In day express trains pets can be transported in Eit wagons which
have 12 seats for passengers with pets as well as 2 seats for passengers
with big pets or in Eip wagons which have 20 seats for passengers
travelling with pets and 4 seats for passengers with big pets. Pets
can also be transported in the conductor's compartment on the floor
or in a cage. The pet's owner shall care for the pet during the
journey.
Night trains
Pets can also be easily transported in night trains. Pets can be
transported in the end compartment of a sleeping-car if the whole
end compartment has been reserved. Pets are not allowed in other
compartments. Pets can also be transported in night trains in the
conductor's compartment on the floor or in a cage.
Some night trains have renovated Eipt day coaches which have a
compartment for passengers travelling with pets (pet saloon).
In the end compartment of sleeping-cars the pet charge is 8.40 €
regardless of the length of the journey. If the pet is transported
in the conductor's compartment the pet charge is 5 €. All night
express trains have a Eit day coach in which passengers with pets
can travel.
InterCity and Pendolino trains
Passengers travelling with pets have also been taken into consideration
in VR's newer trains.
InterCity trains have pet compartments with four seats for pet owners.
InterCity2 trains have a compartment for passengers travelling with
pets on the first floor of the double-decker Edb coach. The compartment
has 12 seats. InterCity/InterCity2 trains do not have places for
big pets.
Pendolino trains have three places for pets in the sixth coach.
